Garden City Center, situated at 100 Quentin Roosevelt Boulevard in picturesque Garden City, New York, is considered to be one of Long Island’s trophy office buildings. This mid-island Nassau County corporate location offers tenants a well educated and diverse labor force, as well as the convenience of its mid-island accessibility. Garden City Center is in close proximity to the Northern State, Southern State, and Meadowbrook State Parkways, as well as the Long Island Expressway (I-495), which provide quick access to other Long Island areas and points west to Queens and New York City. Commuters have access to four Long Island Railroad stations located nearby. Travel time to Manhattan ranges from 30 to 54 minutes depending on the branch used.

Built in 1990, this 200,000 square foot architectural masterpiece boasts five glass-walled stories as well as a magnificent 5-story atrium with a cascading waterfall.
